Farewell 2025: A Year of Building, Learning, and Becoming
As 2025 comes to a close, it doesn’t feel like just another year ending on the calendar. For us at Kriha IT Solutions, this year felt more like a chapter—one filled with experiments, responsibilities, relationships, lessons, and quiet wins that shaped who we are today. This wasn’t a year about loud launches or overnight success. It was a year about building with intent, learning through experience, and growing—both as a company and as individuals.
Kriha in 2025: A Year of Building, Not Just Delivering
At the start of the year, our focus was simple: build solutions that work. As the year progressed, that focus matured into something deeper—build systems that last.
2025 taught us that software isn’t just about features and timelines. It’s about:
- Understanding real-world constraints
- Designing for scale and longevity
- Taking responsibility for what we build and who we build it for
This mindset shift quietly influenced every project we touched this year.
Product Journeys That Shaped Us
Venba: From MVP to Phase 1
Venba began this year as an MVP—an idea tested with real users, real feedback, and real constraints. What followed was months of iteration, learning, restructuring, and patience.
By the end of 2025, Venba is no longer just a proof of concept. It is now confidently stepping into Phase 1 of structured development, backed by stronger architecture, clearer direction, and lessons that only real-world usage can teach.
This journey reminded us that good products don’t rush—they evolve.
CollabOn & Higher-Education Solutions
Another defining chapter of 2025 was our deeper entry into the higher education ecosystem through CollabOn and related solutions.
Working closely with academic institutions exposed us to:
- Compliance-driven environments
- Multi-role systems with real accountability
- The responsibility of building platforms that impact thousands of students and educators
This vertical reshaped how we think about impact. It reinforced our belief that technology should simplify complexity, not add to it.
Learning Beyond Code: Insights from BNI & Joy Alukkas
One of the most memorable moments of the year came through BNI, where we had the opportunity to interact with Joy Alukkas, the founder of Joyalukkas Group—a brand that grew from a single jewellery store into a globally recognised enterprise spanning multiple countries.
What stood out wasn’t just scale or success, but the clarity of thought behind it:
- Building value before chasing expansion
- Staying grounded while thinking globally
- Leading with consistency and long-term vision
These insights resonated deeply with what we are building at Kriha—slow, steady, value-driven growth.
Leadership, Responsibility & BNI Miracles
2025 was also a year of personal responsibility and leadership. From July 2025, I had the honour of serving as the Chapter President of BNI Miracles, a role I continue to hold and will carry forward until March 2026.
This role brought learnings no classroom or book could offer:
- Listening more than speaking
- Making decisions that affect people, not just outcomes
- Representing a collective with integrity
BNI wasn’t just about business growth—it became a leadership classroom that shaped discipline, accountability, and perspective, which naturally flowed back into how we run Kriha.
Inside Kriha: Celebrations, Culture & Small Wins
While projects and leadership defined our direction, it was the people at Kriha who defined our journey.
Throughout the year, we celebrated:

- Milestones
- Team achievements
- Simple moments that made long days worthwhile
These weren’t grand events—but they were real. They reminded us that culture isn’t built in policy documents; it’s built in shared moments.

Ending the Year Together
We chose to end the year not in a meeting room or behind screens—but together.
A simple team lunch at Coal BBQ, filled with conversations, laughter, and gratitude. No deadlines. No agendas. Just people who walked the year together.
It felt like the perfect way to close a meaningful year.
